Gypsum Recycling International specialises in gypsum wallboard recycling. Contrary to common belief, Gypsum Recycling International has proved that gypsum wallboard recycling systems can be established without the wallboard plants having to invest in getting it started. None of Gypsum Recycling International's wallboard plant customers have invested in the systems that are now up and running in 10 countries.All the wallboard industry has to do is buy back the recycled gypsum powder, which Gypsum Recycling International sells at a lower price than virgin gypsum raw materials. The recycled gypsum is 99% as good as the virgin materials.
Our system works because all parties involved benefit from their participation. We offer the wallboard industry a solution where a recycling system can be established by competent people at no cost and without any investments for the wallboard plants.
Why recycle gypsum wallboard
The only requirement for the wallboard plants to participate in our system is that they will use the high quality recycled gypsum powder, and by doing so gain the following advantages:

- Recycled materials at a price below that of virgin materials
Via the unique process performed by the wallboard recycling unit designed by Gypsum Recycling International, the recycled gypsum powder is delivered in such high quality, that the gypsum industry can use it without taking any special precautions. As all impurities have been removed the powder is very pure and can make up to 25% of the materials used in one batch by the gypsum industry. The powder can be mixed with natural raw gypsum as well as FGD/DSG gypsum.
