Gypsum Recycling International specialises in developing systems to recycle sheetrock for the sheetrock industry. Our specially developed technology makes it possible for the industry to recycle sheetrock without having to invest in expensive equipment as outlined in the win-win business model:

The industry will use the recycled gypsum powder coming fromt the recyling of sheetrock which Gypsum Recycling International will sell at a price well below that of virgin gypsum raw materials

This is possible due to our mobile recycling equipment which can be dismantled in a few hours and transported anywhere within the continent where the unit is active. So far, we are operating active recycling units in three continents and so it is relatively straight forward to expand the system to cover new areas. Take a look at our unique sheetrock recycling system The recycling unit is designed to recycle sheetrock from rebuilds, demolition, new construction waste, dunnage/underlayers and production scrap. Similarly the recycling unit will allow waste that is not clean or pure in its form, and even foreign objects most often found in demolition waste can be handled. Finally it is worth noticing that it does not matter whether the sheetrock that becomes waste was originally made out of natural raw gypsum or FGD/DSG gypsum.
